How the Offer Works
1. Choose Your Lodge
Find the perfect holiday lodge for you at one of our beautiful parks. Our experienced team will help you explore the available options and find a lodge that suits your lifestyle and preferences.
2. Let for 12 Weeks Per Year
Make your lodge available for holiday letting for a minimum 12 weeks each year through our fully managed sublet programme. We request a minimum of 10 peak weeks and 2 off-peak a year, but you're welcome to add more for additional savings!
3. We Cover Your Site Fees
In exchange for the minimum 12 weeks, we'll cover your site fees for 3 years, guaranteed.
4. Earn additional Income
If the subletting income generated by your lodge exceeds your site fees, we'll pay you the difference! You can also add additional availability to boost your earnings even further.

Owners receive a share of the rental income, with Charteroak® retaining a 25% commission after cleaning and associated costs have been deducted.
As part of this offer, the 12 weeks allocated to holiday letting are used to generate the income that contributes towards your site fee guarantee, and any additional income will be paid directly to you.
