Start you search
Kickstart your lodge hunt by exploring our website. Our location pages are filled with information on our four lovely South West holiday parks and waiting for you to discover which one will suit you best. When you're ready, hop on over to our 'Lodges for Sale' page. With handy filters that let you sort by location, size, and budget, finding your dream lodge is a breeze! Got a few items on your wish list like an EV charger or a hot tub? Keep an eye out for unique icons atop the listings which will help you see if these are included in the holiday home you are looking at. Plan a visit
The next thing to do is come and see us. A visit will help you gain firsthand insight into the travel logistics to your holiday home, including duration and route. You'll also have the exciting opportunity to meet our dedicated team, who are eagerly waiting to ensure your comfort and satisfaction. More so, you'll get to see the holiday homes and their fantastic park locations in person! We often arrange short stays, giving you a taste of park life, a chance to explore local highlights, and spark your imagination on places you'd love to explore further.
Place a deposit
Once you have found the holiday home for you, a simple deposit is all it takes to make it yours. This can be done on your visit to us, or you can go home and mull it over before committing to your decision. A deposit guarantees that your chosen home stays off the market, giving you peace of mind as you arrange your finances. If you are buying one of our leasehold properties at Manleigh Park you will also need to instruct a solicitor to act on your behalf.
Decide on whether to sublet
Now is the perfect moment to consider if the Charteroak® sublet service is right for you, or perhaps the Guaranteed Rental Income agreement will strike your fancy. The latter requires a commitment at the purchasing stage, but don't worry, the sublet programme is always there if you decide to opt in later.
Complete
Now all that is left to do is complete your purchase. Once you have been able to transfer the balance of funds we will invite you to a handover meeting where we sign the licence or lease agreement and most importantly give you your keys. It's the moment you've been waiting for - the start of your new chapter!
