Hygiene is a huge priority for us, and team members will be ensuring our superb cleanliness standards are maintained across both of our holiday sites. As well as asking our team, holidaymakers and owners to continue maintaining personal hygiene standards, regularly washing hands with soap and using a disposable tissue to catch any coughs or sneezes, we have implemented a number of enhanced hygiene measures in order to reduce any risk of contamination in addition to social distancing parameters.
These include but are not limited to:
• One-way systems around the sites, offices, and onsite restaurant at Stonerush Lakes where necessary
• Enhanced cleaning procedures throughout both parks
• Frequent deep cleaning and disinfecting of high footfall areas
• Sneeze guards in the sales office and reception area
• Social distancing sales tours (set by appointment only)
• Appropriate PPE for team members
• Hand sanitiser stations at entrances and exits
• Sheets, duvet covers & pillow cases washed at high temperatures
• Contactless check in/departure process
• Contactless payment systems
