We’ve been graded ‘Excellent'!

That’s right, The Old Mill have recently received the ‘Certificate of Excellence’ (Travellers Choice award) from Trip Advisor. This makes us so very happy as the award is based on reviews gained from our guests giving a consistent Very Good or Excellent grading!

The team at the Old Mill are beaming and rightly so too. The award isn’t given out lightly with such a small percentage of business receiving such an accolade.

Though if you were to ask any member of the team, they’d say they work hard and go the extra mile not to gain awards, they do it because they want to provide our guests with a high quality, memorable experience each and every time they come to visit.

Each and every review makes us smile, knowing that we assisted in our guests having a pleasurable experience and wishing to return. Gaining an award is the cherry on the cake…to gain even more recognition of their efforts and show others that we offer an ‘excellent service’.
