Master Bedroom one also features a set of French doors which lead onto the delightful private patio, somewhere to enjoy that first cup of coffee or breakfast.

The hot tub is screened to provide privacy yet let the sun in! From the deck there is level access onto the extensive grassed area that lies to one side of the home. At the rear, there is a large parking area for 2 cars.

The living space is light and airy and well designed so as to take the sun as it moves round during the day. From the home and also from the deck there are wonderful far reaching views towards the surrounding countryside.

12 Water's Edge is a stunning wooden clad lodge that sits on the Stonerush Lakes lodge park in Cornwall. The lodge, ideally situated on the lake has a lovely, bright open plan living area, with comfy sofas where you can put your feet up and relax with a good book after dinner.

Set at the heart of Stonerush Lakes and within an easy walk of your lodge lies the Old Mill lakeside bar and restaurant offering a charming venue for a delicious meal or a relaxing drink by the wood burning stove or out on the deck overlooking Miller’s Island. The seaside towns of Polperro and Looe are only 6 miles away, perfect for family days out.

This pet friendly lodge is one with a difference. Its wooden clad interior gives you the feel of a woodland cabin and its open plan design creates a space perfect for the whole family, including the dog to enjoy together. 

The enclosed outside area, with picnic bench is ideal for small children or dogs to safely enjoy outside time whilst you relax inside or get a start on the dinner in the fully equipped kitchen.  A hob and oven ensures you can cook full meals; and a fridge freezer and microwave means you can cater for convenience too! A dining table is available inside should the weather not comply with outdoor dining and a dishwasher makes light work of the tidying up.

The comfy sofas are ideal for snuggling up in at the end of the day, or for a quick 40 winks after a full day of Devon adventure.  A double bedroom sits right next door to a twin room with bunk beds inviting late-night whispering and plenty of holiday giggles. 

A family shower room with shower cubicle has all that you need to wash off beach days before you curl up with a favourite DVD and ward of the chill of the night with your central heating.

7 Streamside has a large open plan living area with floor to ceiling windows, allowing light to stream in, creating a relaxing atmosphere.

Step straight out onto the large terrace with a choice of either sitting and enjoying a morning coffee at the table and chairs, or relaxing in the hot tub with a cold drink and admiring your surroundings while enjoying the peace of your surroundings.

The lodge has a fantastic master suite, which has a four poster double bed, with a TV and an en-suite shower room for that touch of luxury. The bedroom has the added of bonus of direct access to the terrace. The property is finished off with a family bathroom.

Stonerush Lakes benefits from having it's own on site restaurant The Old Mill which serves high quality food.

The village of Lanreath isn't far from the lodge with a small selection of amenities, such as a village shop and a Post Office, and the nearby Pelynt has a wider array of shops and pubs. The large fishing port of Looe is only a short drive away, which has a fabulous sandy beach. Polperro a historic fishing village is equally easy to get to.
