Holiday Refund

Holiday refunds up to a value of £1,500 are available to guests who buy a holiday home from Charteroak®
The holiday home purchase must be completed by the end of the year in which your holiday was taken to be eligible for a holiday refund
Holiday refunds are not available for private sales
Holiday refunds must be requested at the time of purchase and can not be applied in retrospect
The holiday refund will be credited to your owner account, no cash alternative is available
Charteroak® reserve the right to withdraw this offer at their own discretion

10% Rebook Discount

Total discount for additional holidays booked by previous guests is a maximum 10%
This discount is only valid after your arrival and for 30 days from the day of your departure
The 10% discount only applies to telephone bookings and can not be applied to any bookings made online
The 10% discount is only available on holidays that are booked directly with Charteroak® and are not applicable to bookings made with third party companies or booking agents.
The 10% discount can be used at your choice of Charteroak® park
Charteroak® reserve the right to remove this offer at their discretion
There is no cash alternative available.
