"The park shows a different beauty in different seasons. In spring it’s the primroses, wild garlic and bluebells, early summer has the Canadian geese and goslings, ducks and ducklings, moor hens and my favourite heron. If your are very lucky you will see the kingfisher.
Summer is the old mill, millers island and the water lily lake.
Autumn brings beautiful colours to the woods opposite our lodge, swifts and swallows dipping in the lake .
Winter is the woodburner in the old mill, beautiful shapes of the trees and fascinating fungi.
The tree by the old mill entry to the offices is beautiful if it’s out.
I always leave my stress of my busy life at the top of the lane and slowly unwind as we weave down to the park!
It’s definitely a retreat and not a holiday park but the possible owners and holiday makers need to know it’s a relaxing retreat at any time of the year."

Through our Guaranteed Rental Agreement, you can unlock an easy, fixed return over three years, with none of the usual maintenance or management responsibilities.
This optional scheme covers everything from cleaning and insurance to hot tub servicing-so your lodge is always ready to welcome guests or yourself.
After three years, there's flexibility to continue letting through our Managed Sublet scheme, or simply enjoy your lodge privately.
Please note: this service is about usage and convenience, and is entirely optional. Your lodge is your personal holiday home first and toremost.
