Southern Place 5, is a brand new holiday lodge at Southern Halt.  Situated on a private and secluded plot, the central lounge configuration, really makes the most of a beautiful decking area which spans the whole width of the lodge.  The interiors of this Cornwall paradise are beautifully stylish, with earthy tones and pops of colour complimenting the natural wood floor and beams throughout.  Two double bedrooms, open out onto the decking, one enjoying direct access to the hot tub and the other having the convenience of an en-suite, with a large, walk-in, rainfall shower.  A twin bedroom, makes the third bedroom of this family lodge and a family bathroom is available with a spa bath and shower over.

The modern, slate grey kitchen, with a sleek, handleless finish has integrated, top-brand appliances and a breakfast bar for a quick grab and go meal.  A baby-blue corner sofa and stylish swivel chair, offers plenty of room for the whole family to sprawl out; and a large dining area, is ideal for family meal times.  The open plan living area, which is at the centre of this holiday home has bi-fold doors which sweep open to join your entire living area to the deck beyond.  Outside you will find an outdoor living area, dining setting and hot tub bordered by lawn and hedging to give you complete seclusion.
