If you require urgent assistance outside of reception hours, please call 01503 220220 and follow the voicemail instructions carefully.

⚠️ Please note: If your call is not considered an emergency and could reasonably wait until reception reopens, a £50.00 call-out fee may apply.

What We Class as an Emergency:
Smell of gas
No hot water or heating
Complete power failure (after checking your fuse board)
Severe water leaks

Issues That Are Not Classed as Emergencies:
Blown light bulbs
Slightly leaking taps
Loss of Wi-Fi
TV issues

We want you to know that our Charteroak® team has worked hard to prepare your lodge to the highest standard. While occasional issues can happen, we’ll do our very best to resolve any minor concerns promptly once the office team is back on site.

Hot Tub Support

Our Flow Pools team checks all hot tubs daily. If you’re experiencing an issue, please keep an eye out for one of their team members who will be happy to assist. Alternatively, contact reception during the next working day.
